Imagine, in the forest, a magnificent flower with six beautiful and sturdy petals. This flower represents your complete and harmonious body, with its six psychomotor abilities developed evenly: strength, speed, endurance, flexibility, mobility, and coordination.
The beauty and shape of the flower (and thus your body) can only be achieved if all six conditions are met. Now imagine the same flower has lost three of its petals… Mutilated in this way, it becomes a being that has lost three of its psychomotor abilities: mobility, flexibility, and coordination.
The other petals of the body lose their vitality and appear wilted; their functions are diminished. Through the Pilates method, we specifically work on developing and preserving these three abilities, transforming the body into a beautiful flower.

I put on my very first pair of dance shoes at the age of 4, and 26 years later, with a BPJEPS AGFF diploma, I am fully living out my passion for dance and fitness at Allfitness.
From classical to hip hop, including modern jazz and ragga… I’ve tried every style!
Today, I share my experience and knowledge with joy, energy, and enthusiasm through Zumba, Zumba Kids, Step, and Alldance classes.
I love teaching, helping clients have a great experience through sport, and encouraging them to push their limits. I was quickly won over by the Les Mills philosophy, which led me to become a Bodypump, Bodycombat, and Pro Body Jam instructor.

I discovered classical dance at a very young age, and it quickly became a passion that lasted for 35 years. Classical dance teaches you to know your body and its limits, which is why, about ten years ago, yoga became an obvious next step for me. Its philosophy and practice made me realize that I wanted to continue on this path and teach. Yoga, like dance, connects us to our bodies—the more we practice, the better we know our bodies, and the more we develop body awareness.
As a result, I pay close attention to each person’s posture alignment to help them become more aware of the different parts of their body.
“Because each of our bodies is unique.”

Since the age of 7, I have been immersed in sports. I practiced swimming, then finswimming, for nearly 20 years. These disciplines allowed me to compete internationally, and through them I learned to push myself, to accept failure, and also to accept victory (surprising, isn’t it? And yet, it’s not always obvious for everyone).
For me, sport is “the school of life.”
I hung up my swimsuit to study psychology, and at the same time, I earned my lifeguard certification. While working toward this certification, I discovered the fitness instructor diploma and it was a revelation: “This is it! This is what I want to do! Move, dance, share, teach, and… smile all day long.”
My athletic background has taught me a lot about the human body, its abilities, and its limits. I can easily understand what each person might be feeling and how to help everyone find their own path. I am not lacking in empathy—quite the opposite: I can give you the strength and energy to push yourself, even if you’re tired or lacking motivation today, and all without yelling at you… Just with a smile. We build the energy to make the effort together, in a spirit of “positive attitude.”
